You do not need to be an agent with my office.
The cost is absolutely free,   however only those serious about success need apply.  
  Conistency is essential, so after each unexcused absence the next meeting shall cost $100.

My Story
My real estate journey began well before forty years ago, as even before I was first licensed real estate agent in 1985, I was raised in a family of real estate developers. Thus my education in real estate began in my very early years and it has never stopped.
I moved to Portland thirteen years ago, which I abolutely love, and a few years later founded my own realty company (Stache Real Estate) in both Oregon and Washington. 
Recently I decided to wind down my sales so that I can pursue my bliss of coaching and mentoring. Not long after, I fortuatously met Michael Killmer, owner of Century 21 North Homes. Michael owns thirteen realty offices between Oregon and Washington, and he was looking for someone to manage his Portland and Vancouver offices. It was a perfect match: he needed strong leadership in his offices, and I needed to stop running the business-side of my two offices, so that I could focus instead on coaching/mentoring.
So I joined Century 21, the most recognized, respected and trusted real estate company in the world.
It's a perfect fit!
